Founded in 2018, rustic-osprey emerged from a simple observation: university graduates possess remarkable technical skills and innovative thinking, yet often struggle to navigate the commercial realities of starting a business. Traditional consulting firms rarely understand the unique position of recent graduates, while university enterprise programmes frequently lack the depth required for serious ventures.

Our team combines firsthand startup experience with a deep understanding of the graduate perspective. Each consultant has either founded their own venture or served in senior roles at early-stage companies, ensuring practical insights inform every recommendation we make.
